Our Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on Studio Di Rizza and is incorporated in these Terms.
Please make sure to provide a receipt or proof of purchase at the time of returning the item.
It is important to note that our policy doesn't exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, regulations, or any other relevant laws.
Returns Policy
To initiate a return, please visit our return portal at www.studiodirizza.com/returns.
If you want to return a product to us, either because you have the legal right to do so or because you believe the product is damaged or faulty and wish to rely on your rights under warranty, you mustn't use the product any further. In some cases, using the product beyond what is allowed by the regulations could reduce the amount of refund that you're entitled to receive.
Returns Instructions
- Please ensure that you package your return according to the instructions provided on the returns portal.
- If your item needs to be fixed or corrected, please get in touch with us.
- We will conduct a quality check or assessment once we receive the item(s).
- Once received and checked, you will receive an email (quoting your Returns reference number) confirming any further action if necessary.
If you have requested a refund, we will refund the total cost of the item(s)* that we have received from you. If you have asked for an exchange, it will be provided based on the stock availability. If you have opted for store credit, we will email you a gift card once our team has processed your return.
*Please note that return fees will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount, and exchange fees, if applicable, will be paid upon registering your return.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, such as Credit Card, PayPal, or Afterpay.
Order Protection
During checkout, all customers can apply Order Protection, which protects against loss, damage, theft, and more. If your claim is approved, you can choose to receive a refund or replacement. However, please note that the Order Protection fee is non-refundable.
Unreasonable and Fraudulent Claims
Please note that if we suspect fraudulent activity associated with your account, we may take necessary actions, such as blocking your account and any related accounts and withholding your refund. The reasons for such actions may include, but are not limited to, claims relating to orders not being received, missing items, damaged items, wrong items, or worn items.
If your account is blocked for any of the reasons mentioned above and you need to process a valid return within 45 days of purchase, kindly contact our Customer Service team. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return costs and keeping proof of postage until the return is received and processed.
