Although they are not direct employees of Studio Di Rizza, we understand that our success is intricately linked to theirs. Therefore, we recognise that our responsibility is to ensure that they lead fulfilling and satisfying lives. Our primary goals are to negotiate for fair wages and to ensure that they have safe working conditions. We hold ourselves accountable for these commitments and pledge to visit these factories regularly to ensure they are being met.
Our Planet
We are committed to being environmentally responsible at every step of our product’s journey, from the concept stage to the moment it reaches our customers’ hands and beyond. As a company, we realise our responsibility to offset our environmental impact. To achieve this, we have decided to invest 1% of our revenue in environmental improvements in our operations or donate the same amount to environmental non-profit organisations.
